Clamming with Charles Sumner Bunn

Cynthia Van Allen Schaffner is a direct descendent of Thomas Halsey Jr. who built the Halsey House & Garden that we care for today and sister of Sally Van Allen, the Business Manager here at the Southampton History Museum. She recently wrote a great article about her grandfather Jesse Halsey and a great family story about his clamming exploits with Charles Sumner Bunn.
