Insider's View 2023

This year marks the 14th time we have hosted this exclusive and exciting home and garden tour allowing you to step beyond the hedges and see some of the most distinguished properties in the Hamptons. Following the tour guests are all invited back to the Rogers Mansion to enjoy a cocktail party sponsored by Sant Ambroeus. The homes on tour will not be listed in advance for the privacy of the homeowners, but all homes will be within close proximity of Southampton Village and you will be provided with a map upon picking up of your ticket to drive between locations. This is a free range tour meaning you can see the properties in any order you wish and spend as much time at each location as you would like from 1pm to 4pm.

LEADERSHIP CIRCLE - $10,000

• Exclusive naming and sponsorship opportunities, as well as other unique promotional options.
• Your name or logo featured on all promotional materials, including on a printed invitation mailed toover 1,300 Museum members, on an evite sent to over 4,500 recipients, and on promotional postcards.
• A full-page ad featuring your business or a dedication of your choosing featured in the tour guide.
• Additional press for the event, including listings and articles in print and on-line media.
• A Director’s tour of an exhibition at the Rogers Mansion or the Halsey House & Garden.
• Invitations to exclusive Museum-sponsored events hosted throughout the year.
• 10 courtesy tickets to the Sponsor Party and Tour.

DIAMOND SPONSOR - $5,000

• Your name or logo featured on all promotional materials, including a printed invitation mailed toover 1,300 Museum members, on an evite sent to over 4,500 recipients, and on promotionalpostcards.
• A full-page ad featuring your business or a dedication of your choosing featured in the tour guide.
• Additional press for the event, including listings and articles in print and on-line media.
• A Director’s tour of an exhibition at the Rogers Mansion or the Thomas Halsey Homestead.
• Invitations to exclusive Museum-sponsored events hosted throughout the year.
• 8 courtesy tickets to the Sponsor Party and Tour.

PLATINUM SPONSOR - $2,500

• Your name included on a printed invitation mailed to over 1,300 Museum members, on an evitesent to 4,500 recipients, and on promotional postcards.
• A half-page ad featuring your business or a dedication of your choosing featured in the tour guide.
• 6 courtesy tickets to the Sponsor Party and Tour.

GOLD SPONSOR - $1,000

• Your name included on a printed invitation mailed to over 1,300 Museum members and on an evitesent to 4,500 recipients.
• A quarter-page ad featuring your business or a dedication of your choosing featured in the tour guide.
• 4 courtesy tickets to the Sponsor Party and Tour.

SILVER SPONSOR - $500

• Your name included on a printed invitation mailed to over 1,300 Museum members and on an evitesent to 4,500 recipients.
• 2 courtesy tickets to the Sponsor Party and Tour.

Tour Guide Info for Sponsors

• The due date for inclusion in the tour guide is Wednesday August 16th so make sure to get your sponsorship in before then if you wish to be included.
• The guide itself is a 9x6  booklet that all ticket buyers and sponsors recieve.
• Sponsors may email an ad fitting the specs listed below to inclusion in the tour guide or we can make a simple thank you message and list your name or business. For questions or to send logos or other graphics please email cflanagan@southamptonhistory.org
• All ads should be 300 DPI or more and be sent as PDFs, JPGs, PNGs or TIFFs
• Full page ads - 9.25 H x 6.25 W bleed, 9 H x 6 W trim and 8.5 H x 5.5 W safety
• Half page ads (landscape, no verticle half pages) - 4.625 H x 6.25 W bleed. 4.5 H x 6 W trim and 4.25 W x 5.5 W safety
• Quarter page ads (verticle, no landscape quarter pages) - 4.625 H x 3.125 W bleed, 4.5 H x 3 W trim and 4.25 H x 2.75 W safety
